1. Your first sip of coffee each morning must be black, nothing added. You’ll hate it but you have no choice but to think of me.
2. I expect you to journal and these are the things you must include:
- Details of your day.
- I want you to read a chapter in the books i gave you daily (simply yes or no you dont have to give me a report)
- When your next assignment is due and how much you have done
- When your next test is and how prepared you are for it.
- A calorie count (yes, you will hate it)
- What time you went to bed and how many hours you slept
- What did you do with your girls today?
- With your sons?
- Did you work?
- Did you spend any time outside?
3. Use myfitnesspal and record what you eat every day. Add me as a friend so that I can keep track no matter where I am. You’re important to me and making sure you eat enough is important.
